A CDR is a checkup Social Security does now and then. It checks if a medical condition still meets the rules for disability benefits.
You usually get a mailer asking about your treatment and any work. Social Security reviews records from your doctors. Sometimes it sets up its own exam. How often this happens depends on your condition.
This word shows up in Social Security mailers, often shortened to CDR.
