What this notice usually means
This notice warns your WIC benefits are about to stop early. It must arrive at least 15 days before the change. It states the reason and your right to a fair hearing.

“A person who is about to be suspended or disqualified from program participation at any time during the certification period shall be advised in writing not less than 15 days before the suspension or disqualification. Such notification shall include the reasons for this action, and the participant's right to a fair hearing.”
