Have your Medicaid or CHIP termination letter or notice ready. The Marketplace may ask for it.

Apply or update your application through the Marketplace
Go to HealthCare.gov, or your state Marketplace, to apply. Use the Special Enrollment Period.

Call the Marketplace with questions
Call 1-800-318-2596 to ask about your Special Enrollment Period or plan options.
